Join Leaf River Outdoor Products on Facebook and participate in various trail camera photo contests and other contests. Win prizes like caps and T-shirts, and we even like to throw in camera equipment every now and again as prizes. Leaf River joined Facebook with hopes of giving our camera users another way to communicate with us one-on-one and on a daily basis if they choose to do so. We anticipate this page to be a fun way for our camera users throughout the hunting community to get together and brag about their success in the field, as well as being a useful tool as far as troubleshooting cameras, camera tips, mounting tips, etc. Through our page you will also be one of the first to be updated on what's going on at Leaf River with camera updates, new products and future projects. If you are already a Facebook user, just search for Leaf River Outdoor Products with the search bar or click here. If you are not already a Facebook user click here to sign up and join our page. We hope to see you there!
*Photo Contest Policy
(1) Photos should be original trail camera photos. "Doctored" photos will not be considered. We will ask that you e-mail the original photo to us if you are chosen as a winner. To receive your contest prize, you must e-mail the original photo. If you are notified that you are a winner of a photo contest through the LR Facebook page, you will be given an e-mail address through the LR Facebook page in which the photo should be sent. You will also be asked for your mailing address so we can ship your prize to you.
(2) By submitting photos, you give Leaf River Outdoor Products permission to use your photo and name (and City/State - not required) on the Leaf River Outdoor Products website, and possibly for future DVDs of photo clips.
(3) If a particular photo you have submitted is not chosen as a contest winner, it will still be considered in future contests, but feel free to post as many photos as you'd like. The more the better!
***Note - Trail camera photos below have been reduced in size and resolution for quicker page viewing, and do not represent actual quality of original photos.
*Our first contest winner was announced on July 23, 2010. Shane Mears from Arkansas won a Leaf River cap for his photo submission of a doe giving birth. We thought this photo from an older model Leaf River camera was quite unique, and it caught all of our attention.
*The second trail camera photo contest winner was Jamie Voldock of Ontario, Canada. With his photo, Jamie gives us a great look at "Nature at It's Best".
*Mike Whelan of Kentucky took top honors in our third trail camera photo contest. With his Leaf River camera, Mike scouted this big buck and caught him early in half velvet. He was eventually successful in bagging the big guy.
*Steve Harvey was the photo contest winner in week five. Steve submitted the photo of this big buck that had a little evidence left from a prior confrontation. We like to call him "ScarBuck".
*Blake Boyer from Louisiana was the photo contest winner during week six. The photo Blake submitted is from an older model iR-3BU. We were impressed by the clarity of the photo from this older model camera, and the subject matter was great. It's like the buck is thinking, "I know it's gonna go off, but when's it gonna go off."
